Capturo PG is operated by Capturo Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("we", "us"). By signing up to Capturo PG you agree to these terms.

Service

Capturo PG provides software for managing PG / hostel / co-living businesses. We do not handle rent payments — payments are made directly between tenants and PG owners.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping your account secure.

Subscription

Plans are billed monthly. The 14-day trial is free.

Liability

Capturo Ventures LLP is not liable for disputes between PG owners and tenants. We provide tools, not a guarantee of outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat — where Capturo Ventures LLP has its registered office.
